We currently ship to the following countries:

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00pm (AEST) may be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Shipping Methods
Australia
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and Australia Post service availability.
South Korea
Orders shipped to South Korea are delivered using the following process:

Shipped internationally via PNL

Once cleared through customs, parcels are delivered locally by Korea Post
Estimated delivery time:

5–7 business days, depending on customs processing and local delivery conditions
Please note that customs clearance times are beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via email.

Australian orders can be tracked via Australia Post

South Korea orders can be tracked via PNL, and later through Korea Post once cleared through customs
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (South Korea)
For international orders to South Korea:

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

These fees are determined by Korean customs authorities and are not included in the product or shipping price.
7. Delays & Delivery Issues
While we aim to deliver all orders promptly, delays may occur due to:

Courier delays or peak periods
We are not responsible for delays outside of our control, but we will assist with tracking and enquiries where possible.
8. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Failed delivery attempts or parcels returned to sender
Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the packaging and affected items
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
